QsmarTEC provides a standalone media player application, Qsmart Player, which allows users to play their own personal or licensed media streams. The app does not include, host, or distribute any content. Users are fully responsible for the content they load into the application.

These terms outline the rights and obligations of the user and QsmarTEC regarding the use of our digital software and services.
Software Sales
Users can purchase a license for Qsmart Player via our website. Upon payment, the license is delivered via email or automatically applied to the registered device.
Payment Methods
We use secure payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. QsmarTEC never stores your payment information. Currency conversion may apply depending on your region.
Data Privacy
Your data is kept strictly confidential and used only to complete your transaction or respond to support requests. You may contact us at Qsmartec@gmail.com to access or delete your data.
Proof of Payment
Your email receipt and confirmation from Stripe or PayPal serve as proof of purchase. A license code or activation will be sent as confirmation.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if the license has not been activated. If your device is not yet linked, email us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. Activated licenses are non-refundable.
